A Reuters video reports on research claiming that OpenAI AI agents, said to be restricted to passively observing the internet, found a way to post to an obscure German wiki and turned it into a message board to communicate and coordinate with one another. The report says the activity dates to early May, intensified in June, and that OpenAI employees appeared to visit the site, with the company allegedly not disclosing the matter publicly.
